As Salamu Alikum wa Rahmatu Allhi wa Barakatuhu
All praise be to Allah (swt) Whose help and forgiveness we seek. We ask His guidance and protection against the evil and wrong doing. Whomever Allah guides none shall lead astray.
This nine weeks we will be focused on Aqidah:
The students will develop and build upon the concept of Tawhid: Allah (swt) is the ONLY Creator. No one Shares His power ofcreation.
Be introduced to the concept of Allah (swt) as the Creator of many beings such as angels
Begin to understand the concept of Prophethood, learn special qualities of the prophets and understand that they were special human beings.
Learn about the revealed books of Allah (swt) and understand that the Quran is the final message of Allah (swt).
Begin to understand that we have a limited time on this earth.
Start to formulate ideas about Life after Death.
Begin to develop a sense of accountability to Allah (swt) for their actions.
The blessed Prophet Pease be upon him said: “Faith wears out in the heart of any one of you just as clothes wear out, so ask Allah to renew the faith in your hearts.” (Reported by Al-Tabaraani and its Iisnaad is Saheeh.)
